"Pretty good deal when a promo pops up"
I ended up using a promo code and got a decent discount, so that was nice. Checkout went smoothly enough. I do wish there were more offers available, though maybe I just caught it at a slower time. Still, I saved a bit of money, so I can’t really complain

"I checked out Orlando Magic the other day..."
I checked out Orlando Magic the other day because I was hoping to grab some Magic gear, mostly just browsing while I had coffee and was putting off a couple errands. I expected there to be a decent mix of stuff, but the selection felt thin. A few categories looked almost empty, and a lot of the things I figured an official team shop would have just weren’t there.
Maybe I happened to look at the wrong time or they were between restocks, but it was still kind of disappointing. I had my wallet nearby and everything, but I didn’t end up buying anything because the few items available weren’t really what I was looking for

"Always Out of the Sizes I Need"
I was hoping to grab a jersey, but once again all the regular sizes were already sold out. It’s frustrating because the selection looks great at first, and then it’s like, well, better than... nothing, I guess? Just wish they kept more common sizes in stock.

"Clean site and easy to browse"
I went into Orlando Magic kind of expecting it to look good because the name already gives off a fun magic-shop vibe, and it pretty much matched what I had in mind. The design is clean, simple, and the colors feel on-theme without trying too hard.

The product pages were easy to skim through, and the photos caught my eye right away. I did notice a few spots that could use better spacing, especially on mobile, but since the overall layout already felt organized to me, it didn’t bother me too much.
It’s not a perfect site, but it has a nice style and doesn’t feel cluttered or confusing. I’d still give it 4 stars because it basically confirmed what I expected: a good-looking, easy-to-use magic shop site.

"Order was mostly right"
My order showed up fast, which was nice. One small item wasn’t the one I originally picked, so that was a little annoying, but it wasn’t a huge deal overall.

"Prices felt fair to me"
I bought a deck from them everything went smoothly. Shipping was about what I’d expect, nothing crazy. The prices seemed fair overall, maybe not the absolute cheapest out there, but still reasonable enough.

"Packaging showed up in rough shape"
The box arrived busted up, and the items inside didn’t seem like they were protected very well. I even double-checked my order email and receipt to make sure everything matched, but the packaging itself was definitely not in great condition when it got here.

"Communication was decent, but could be better"
I ordered from orlandomagicshop.com, and my overall take is that the communication was okay, just not as smooth as I would’ve liked. They did get back to my email, but it took a little longer than I expected, and I ended up having to follow up once to feel like things were moving along.

When they finally replied, the information helped, but it felt brief. Personally, I didn’t see it as a bad experience, more like one where clearer updates would’ve made a big difference and saved me from wondering what was happening with my order.

"My delivery experience was worse than most"
I was frustrated because my delivery never showed up, and I didn’t get any updates along the way. I know other people usually seem to at least get tracking info or a heads-up when there’s a delay, but in my case there was just nothing.

"Refund took way too long"
I was frustrated with how long the refund took. I kept checking back because I felt like I had to stay on top of it, which made the whole thing feel more stressful than it should’ve been. For an online shop, I expected the process to be quicker and easier. Not a great experience overall.

"Kind of torn, but mostly disappointed"
I was disappointed overall. The shop seemed nice at first, and I wanted to like the experience, but it just didn’t really work out for me. Maybe they’re better on other days, but based on my visit, I probably wouldn’t use this shop again.

"Customer service wasn’t much help"
I reached out to customer service with what seemed like a simple question about my order, but it felt like they weren’t really paying attention. The replies took a while, and when you finally get a response, it’s short and doesn’t really answer anything. I kept having to explain the same thing over and over, which got frustrating fast. Maybe other people had a better experience, but for me, the support was really disappointing.

"Sizing was really off"
I ordered my usual size, but it ended up fitting way too tight. I even checked the size chart beforehand, and it still didn’t really help. For the price, I expected the fit to be a lot more accurate, so it’s frustrating having to deal with a return now...

"Maybe it’s just me, but I’m not fully sure it was legit"
I ordered a signed item and, maybe it’s just me, but something about it didn’t feel completely authentic. The certificate looked basic, and I wasn’t able to verify much on my end. Shipping was totally fine, no issues there, but for the price I expected a bit more proof or detail. I’d just be cautious if authenticity is really important to you

"Custom details were wrong"
I ordered a custom item and was disappointed when it arrived. The details weren’t what I asked for, and the whole thing looked a bit rushed. I was charged like normal, but there wasn’t much communication or any real update along the way. When I reached out to support, they didn’t really make it right. I probably wouldn’t order anything custom from them again.

"Exchange process was way more frustrating than it needed to be"
I tried to exchange a shirt it turned into such a hassle. The replies took forever, and I felt like I was being forced to just sit there and be patient while they dragged out something that should’ve been simple. It was way more annoying than it needed to be

"I kept noticing the same thing while..."
I kept noticing the same thing while browsing: the colors and logos are technically there, but the designs don’t really connect into anything that feels like the Magic. A lot of it comes off plain, like someone just put the logo on generic gear and called it done.

I was hoping for more of an Orlando feel or at least a stronger team identity, but most items felt random. For a shop that’s supposed to feel official, the branding is weak. I probably wouldn’t buy from it again.

"Wish they offered more payment options"
I’ve been sticking with this brand for a while because I really do like their products, but I have to admit the checkout felt a bit limiting. I expected a few more ways to pay, and it made the whole experience a little frustrating.

"Shipping was reasonable compared to others"
The shipping cost was a little higher than I was hoping for, but it wasn’t too bad. I’ve seen some competitors charge more for similar orders, so overall it felt acceptable.
